Bonjour!
This post is all about…HAIR! Recently, I haven’t been pleased with my hair, but that might be due to the horrible water quality of the town I live in.
A well-balanced diet can help your head of locks look, feel and be healthy. Also, the less you blow dry and style, the better. However, if your hair does not air dry well, you can blow dry it, but it would be best to use a heat protecting product. Especially if you blow dry your hair every day.
Here are your main necessary nutrients for a healthy head of hair.
- o Omega-3 Fatty Acids
- o Vitamin A
- o Vitamin C
- o Iron
- o Calcium
- o Protein
